Proactive's Managing Director, Ray O'Connor is a marathon enthusiast and brings a huge amount of hands-on experience to the table. Ray has completed over 50 marathons to date, including the gruelling Marathon Des Sables and the Brathay 10 Marathons in 10 Day Challenge. His experience of running events led him to establish the successful Connemara Marathon, which is sell-out marathon staple in Ireland each year.
