Proactive assisted in the launch of Thermo King TotalKare by running strategic consultancy sessions to identify the needs of customers and dealers and formulate a suite of products to meet these needs. Proactive designed the TotalKare logo and developed the product names and brands for each of the service packages. TotalKare was launched in six languages via brochures, posters, quote sheets and a web site. Post launch, Proactive has continued to work with Thermo King to refine the packages and monitor the uptake from the dealers. Proactive has also produced mailers and brochures for the 'after-sales parts' division and newsletters for the HR department in Thermo King.
